Paper Trails Bookkeeping was established in July 2007 by Tracey Andrews. Along with a Business Management Diploma from Okanagan College she has also received her Bookkeeping Bridging Certificate and successfully completed the Business Plan Development Program with Community Futures Development Corporation. Prior to opening the business, Tracey gained experiences in various industries including retail, food, transportation, manufacturing, and construction. This broad spectrum of knowledge allows for a seamless partnership with any new or existing business.

Tracey Andrews just celebrated eighteen years in business as Paper Trails Bookkeeping. “The desire to be independent overrode the desire to work for someone else,” she said about being her own boss. “A big part of being an entrepreneur is being able to manage my own schedule around my life instead of the other way around.” Andrews’ clients are small- to medium-sized businesses that are in a position where they can’t or don’t want to do their own books, but are not ready for a full-time bookkeeper. “I pick up and deliver paperwork from their location. It is convenient for everyone that way. I get to work from home and they don’t have to give me office space.” Andrews using Simply Accounting software and provides weekly, monthly and quarterly services to her clients from West Kelowna to Lake Country. “The last five years have been great.
